These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of staudb.shop, including purchases made through the website.

Free standard shipping is available for orders delivered within Australia.

The estimated standard delivery timeframe is 15–20 business days from successful payment and order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits rights available where goods are not supplied within an agreed or reasonable time.

11. Risk and Title

Ownership of a product passes to the customer after full payment and delivery, subject to applicable law.

Risk of accidental loss or damage passes according to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of delivery.

12. Returns and Refunds

Our voluntary change-of-mind return period is 30 days after delivery, subject to the stated eligibility conditions.

Consumer guarantee rights concerning faulty goods are not limited to the voluntary 30-day period.
