Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through staudb.shop are processed and delivered.

1. Free Standard Shipping

staudb.shop provides free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Australia.

No minimum purchase amount is required for free standard shipping unless a different condition is clearly disclosed before checkout.

Additional charges may apply only where a customer specifically selects an optional premium, priority or express service that is displayed during checkout.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery timeframe for standard orders is:

15–20 business days from successful payment and order confirmation.

This estimate includes normal order processing and transit time.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur due to carrier disruption, severe weather, natural disasters, customs or border controls, remote delivery locations, peak shopping periods, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Order Processing

After an order is placed, customers will normally receive an order confirmation at the email address supplied during checkout.

Orders may be subject to:

  • Payment authorisation;
  • Fraud prevention and security checks;
  • Address verification;
  • Product availability;
  • Order accuracy checks.

If additional information is required, we may contact the customer before dispatch.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Where tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may require several business days to display an initial scan or movement after the carrier receives the parcel.

A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving.

5. Multiple Parcels

An order containing multiple products may be delivered in separate parcels due to product availability, fulfilment location, parcel size or carrier requirements.

Separate parcels may arrive on different dates. Customers will not be charged additional standard shipping fees because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

Before submitting an order, please verify:

  • Recipient name;
  • Street address;
  • Apartment, unit or suite number;
  • Suburb or city;
  • State or territory;
  • Postcode;
  • Contact email and telephone number.

Contact info@staudb.shop immediately if an address correction is required.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but an address cannot always be changed after processing or dispatch has started.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If a parcel is delayed, returned or lost because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reasonable reshipping costs where permitted by law.

If the error was caused by staudb.shop, we will arrange an appropriate remedy without charging the customer.

8. Remote and Regional Locations

Deliveries to remote, regional or limited-service locations may take longer than the standard estimate.

A carrier may transfer the parcel to a local delivery partner for the final stage of delivery.

9. Delivery Attempts and Collection

Depending on the carrier and location, a parcel may:

  • Be delivered to the stated address;
  • Be left in a safe location where authorised;
  • Be redirected to a collection point;
  • Require collection from a local postal facility;
  • Require a signature.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and collecting parcels within the carrier’s stated collection period.

10. Delayed Orders

If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please:

  1. Review the tracking information;
  2. Check whether the carrier left a delivery notice;
  3. Check safe locations around the property;
  4. Ask household members or building management whether the parcel was accepted;
  5. Contact the carrier where appropriate;
  6. Email info@staudb.shop with your order number.

We will review the available information and, where appropriate, ask the carrier or fulfilment partner to investigate.

11. Lost Parcels

A parcel is not treated as lost solely because it has exceeded the estimated delivery period.

Where the carrier confirms that a parcel is lost, or where the circumstances reasonably establish non-delivery, we will provide an appropriate remedy. This may include replacement or refund, depending on product availability, the circumstances and applicable law.

12. Parcels Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that a parcel was delivered but it cannot be located, please:

  • Confirm that the delivery address is correct;
  • Check entrances, mail areas and safe locations;
  • Ask household members, neighbours or building staff;
  • Contact the carrier;
  • Notify us promptly at info@staudb.shop.

We will review the available delivery evidence and assist with an investigation where appropriate.

13. Damaged Parcels

If an order arrives damaged, photograph:

  • The external shipping package;
  • The shipping label;
  • The internal packaging;
  • The damaged product.

Send the photographs, your order number and a description of the issue to info@staudb.shop.

Please retain the product and packaging while the matter is being assessed.

14. Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

Parcels returned because they were refused, not collected or could not be delivered may be eligible for reshipment or refund after they reach the designated return location.

Reasonable costs arising from customer refusal, failure to collect or incorrect delivery details may be deducted where permitted by law.

No deduction will be made where the failure was caused by us or where doing so would conflict with rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Customs and Cross-Border Fulfilment

Some products may be dispatched through international fulfilment facilities or logistics partners.

Where applicable, customers are responsible for providing information reasonably required for lawful delivery. Any mandatory duties, taxes or charges will be handled in accordance with the information displayed during checkout and applicable law.

We will not introduce undisclosed mandatory charges after an order has been completed.

16. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

If an order is not supplied within an agreed or reasonable time, customers may have rights depending on the circumstances.
